About GABRIELA DE LA GARZA

Gabriela de la Garza is not just an actress; she is a constellation of stories, a multiplicity of truths revealed with every glance. Through her craft, she doesn’t just play roles or follow scripts. Gabriela is a prism: she takes the raw light of life, with all its imperfections and nuances, and transforms it into a spectrum of authenticity that illuminates everything it touches.

In a world that asks us to simplify ourselves, Gabriela expands. Her career as an actress is not just an expression of talent—it’s a revelation of humanity. From an early age, art wasn’t a choice for her—it was a language. She grew up in a family where stories were lived before they were told, but Gabriela chose to go further: she didn’t just want to tell stories; she wanted to transform them.

“Beauty,” Gabriela says, “is the ability to reflect what we carry inside, without fear of its imperfections.” And in every corner of her life, she has found ways to embody that idea. For her, beauty doesn’t live in mirrors but in experiences: a conversation that stirs the soul, a book that opens doors, a moment of silence that reconciles you with yourself. Each of these moments is a color passing through her prism, composing a unique rainbow of truth.

But that truth didn’t come without struggle. Gabriela has faced a world that insists on labeling us, shaping us until we disappear. Instead of yielding, she chose to defend her uniqueness like a quiet warrior. “My flaws are my strength, my virtues my shield,” she says. And with that philosophy, she has forged a path where authenticity is not just possible—it’s inevitable.

In the digital stage, where perfection is the currency, Gabriela takes a disruptive approach. “Social media has sold us illusions that make us forget who we are,” she reflects. But instead of rejecting it, she uses it to plant seeds of the real. Every post is a fragment of light passing through her prism, showing her followers that they don’t need filters to shine.

Her craft is not a vehicle for fame; it’s a bridge to humanity. Gabriela doesn’t act to fill a space; she acts to expand it. Every character she embodies, every project she chooses, carries the depth of someone who understands that art is not entertainment—it’s transformation.

“Authentic beauty doesn’t seek approval; it seeks liberation,” she says. And in that sentence, she encapsulates what it means to be Gabriela de la Garza: a force that frees those who fear showing themselves as they truly are.

Gabriela doesn’t just portray lives; she amplifies them. Every decision she makes reflects a greater commitment—a promise that authenticity is not only possible but revolutionary.

In her prism, light doesn’t simply reflect—it multiplies. And in that multiplication, Gabriela shows us a truth that has always been there, waiting to be seen: beauty is not a standard; it is an act of courage.

In your journey as a public figure, how has your perception of beauty evolved, and how do you use your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards?

Beauty has long been boxed and stereotyped in the entertainment industry, yet it has also found moments to defy, to be different, bold, and unique. While it’s not always easy, staying true to oneself is like planting a seed—a seed that, once it grows, can transform. The industry may not always value this, but the audience does. Every time I choose to be honest and aligned with who I truly am, I feel I’m creating small yet meaningful change. I’ve never let myself be boxed in. I’ve fought fiercely for both my virtues and my “flaws,” because together they make me who I am.

How do you manage to stay true to your own definition of beauty while navigating the pressures of public scrutiny and social expectations?

Societal expectations are endless, but understanding that everything is perfect just as it exists—including ourselves—is an act of liberation. Trying to fit in, to resemble others in order to feel accepted, is not only futile—it’s a betrayal of our essence. I believe our uniqueness is the most beautiful, sexy, and interesting thing we have. Today, the public gaze no longer weighs on me; I’ve moved beyond it. The journey wasn’t easy, but reaching this point feels like the closest thing to true freedom.

What role does self-expression play in your beauty rituals, and how do you use it to communicate authenticity to your audience?

My beauty rituals are more than acts of self-care—they are moments of connection with myself. For me, beauty isn’t confined to skincare routines. It’s nurturing my body with good food and exercise. It’s immersing myself in a play, a book, a film, or a song that moves me. It’s being in nature, having a deep conversation, or sharing a kiss that feels endless. That, to me, is beauty. And it’s what I strive to share every day—authentically—with those around me and anyone willing to receive it.

As someone in the spotlight, how do you ensure that your public persona reflects your true self, and how do you inspire others to embrace their individuality?

I am a being in constant evolution, and that makes it impossible to reflect exactly who I am at any given moment. Nor is it my goal to show everything. I believe in keeping something for myself, in protecting my essence from the public sphere. What we project, whether consciously or unconsciously, will always be interpreted in ways we can’t control. What matters is not how others see us, but how at peace we are with who we are. Integrity, self-respect, and walking through life with this example are my true goals.

In what ways do you feel responsible for shaping the conversation about beauty, and how do you use your influence to drive positive change in the industry?

In a world that pushes us to conform, stripping us of individuality and critical thinking, we have a responsibility to resist. We live in polarizing, confusing times where freedom of speech and thought are under threat. Instead of conforming to labels, we must fight to free ourselves from them. Defending our uniqueness without fear, with courage, is the only path forward. This is the message I share every chance I get: true strength lies in daring to be ourselves.

How do you think social media has influenced beauty standards, and how can influencers like you contribute to a more inclusive and empowering representation?

I don’t see myself as an influencer. In fact, I despise the word. Social media has done significant damage to humanity. It has made us believe we must meet unrealistic standards to be valuable; it has sold us illusions disguised as filters. But it’s not just about our faces—it’s about how we engage with life itself. It has distracted us from what truly matters. Yet we can’t isolate ourselves from this reality, so my challenge is to use these platforms to inspire, to plant ideas that are not disposable, and to create content that transforms rather than alienates.

What impact do you hope to leave on the beauty industry, and how do you strive to create a legacy of empowerment and self-love through your work?

Every decision I make is aligned with my values. I carefully analyze the brands, projects, and people I associate with because I would never compromise my essence. My roles as an actress also reflect this commitment. I always seek to portray what I believe is right or necessary. My greatest hope is that my legacy inspires future generations to fight for a world that is free, loving, compassionate, and authentic—a world where art, beauty, and bravery lead the way toward change.
